helpful staff convenient location

the hotel rooms were super clean the design included thoughtful details i valued the restaurant recommendations i got from the front desk staff they responded quickly to my emails before i arrived. the location is convenient near many restaurants i will certainly return.

beautiful hotel great drink selection daily cleaning

the hotel is beautiful! the rooftop bar has a great drink selection. the rooms are cleaned twice per day, and that's amazing. after sightseeing, relaxing in the spa with its pools and jacuzzi is just perfect.

it did cause a bit of disturbance during the day.

the staff members were super well-trained and friendly. they are very attentive to the guests, and always available. every detail was taken care of.

the hotel included a spa with three pools at different water temperatures! there was also a jacuzzi available. i also visited three saunas and the gym, well equipped with everything i needed.

the breakfast included cheese, fruit salads, assorted breads, and smoked fish!!! i had a fine collection of amazing food. the restaurant design was also really good, very stylish and cozy.

minor issues detracted from the experience

messy breakfast tourist restaurants

the breakfast service felt disorganized. staff did not seem proactive in clearing tables or offering assistance. i also found the restaurant recommendations to be underwhelming. the suggested places were clearly tourist traps and did not provide authentic local cuisine.
